Rich began his Real Estate career in 1979 working for Yager Realty as an agent and manager of the Arvada office.  In 1984 he moved to Van Schaack and remained there for

 15 years.  In 1999 Rich left Coldwell Banker and formed “The Smith Group”, which became part of RE/MAX in  2001.  Rich will help you understand the current market  conditions and assist you in determining the highest fair market value for your property.  All closing figures and documents will be reviewed by Rich, with you, prior to closing and he will personally represent you at the closing.

DEBBIE KAY SMITH (OFFICE MANAGER) (303-327-6507)

Debbie has been our office manager since 1985.  She is the person with whom you will speak when calling the office.  Her duties include managing the day to day operations of our group, taking incoming calls, completing and updating brochures, inputting MLS information and photos, and conducting web site maintenance.  She will also be in touch with you approximately every two weeks to update you on showing feedback and to recommend price adjustments when necessary.

KRISTI SCHMACHTENBERGER (TRANSACTION COORDINATOR) (720-217-7094)

Kristi is our Transaction Coordinator who ensures that all of the contract deadlines are met as well as coordinating inspections, appraisals and closings for both buyers and sellers.  Once you are Under Contract, Kristi will be able to answer any of your questions about the process leading to a smooth and expeditious closing.
